- Work closely with clients to understand their event vision, needs, and expectations.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning including timelines, banquet setups, AV requirements, menus, decor, and logistics.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal hotel departments (Banquets, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, etc.)
- Prepare detailed event orders (BEOs), floor plans, and function summaries.
- Assist with on-site event management to ensure smooth execution and exceptional guest experience.
- Support the sales team with event proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include :
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event planning or coordination in a luxury hotel, event venue, or hospitality setting.
- Experience handling weddings, corporate events, or high-profile gatherings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset for crafting memorable guest experiences
- Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
