We’re looking for a freelance Events Designer / Art Director to support our creative team across a variety of live and experiential projects, from concept development to visual storytelling. You’ll play a key role in shaping brand experiences across corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, and new business pitches.

Role Overview :

Freelance / Remote (Abu Dhabi-based preferred)
Project-based with flexible engagement
Immediate start

Key Responsibilities :

Develop creative concepts and visual directions for events, activations, and exhibitions
Design stage layouts, branding environments, spatial graphics, and event touchpoints
Collaborate on pitch presentations for live experiences and integrated campaigns
Translate client briefs into compelling, on-brand event concepts and visuals
Work closely with 3D designers, producers, and the creative team to bring ideas to life
Create moodboards, renders, and presentation-ready design decks

Requirements :

7+ years of experience in events design, environmental graphics, or experiential art direction
Strong portfolio showcasing event and spatial design work (brand activations, exhibitions, etc.)
Experience working on new business pitches is a strong advantage
Arabic is a bonus, not a requirement
Have essential software knowledge such as 3D max, AutoCAD, including technical layouts and floorplans.
Have basic knowledge of AV lighting and stage specs, event production process, digital / interactive technologies, print and fabrication materials
