As we continue our exciting growth plans, we seek talented people to join us. We are currently hiring a dynamic Senior Events Specialist, responsible for the end-to-end event coordination in alignment with business objectives to join our team.

Key Accountabilities
  • Understand requirements for each event, take charge of event operations (preparing venue, invitations, supply of events’ merchandise, maintaining and updating event calendars, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers when necessary).
  • Accompany and assist the Line Manager in both internal and external events along with extending logistical and administrative support and attend all meetings to act as a second point of contact.
  • Secure event venue, research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and negotiate the best combination of quality and cost within given budget.
  • Manage all event set-up, conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to pre-set standards, maintain records on event activities, progress, or status and manage tear down, and follow-up processes.
  • Evaluate the event’s success and submit reports and feedback.
To join our team, you will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Certification in Hospitality or Event management is desirable.
  • 3+ years in a similar operational and administrative role.
  • Project management skills to execute and deliver the event timely and without fail with a keen eye for detail.
  • Budgeting skills to assist the team in the financial planning phase.
  • Ability to communicate and network.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Language skills
  • English.
  • Any other language is desirable.
