Job summary

W Hotels in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Non-Management Full Time Banquet Supervisor to ensure seamless event service and teamwork. You will inspect grooming, coordinate with departments, and set up banquet areas to meet high standards for guest events.

Responsibilities include guiding staff, scheduling, training, maintaining cleanliness, and responding to special banquet requests while upholding safety policies and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works together as a team to meet guest event needs.
• Set up banquet areas/rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper furniture/equipment setup.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees.
