No matter your position, there are key elements for success: creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication. Guest Service Experts will be on their feet and moving around (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and taking a hands-on approach to work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance). Performing these duties well (and other reasonable job responsibilities) is essential for Guest Event Experts to deliver excellent service to our guests and support our business every time.
