Deriv in Dubai seeks an Event Project Manager to orchestrate world‑class marketing events, spanning international expos to intimate client seminars. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams and leverage AI tools to enhance planning, engagement, and outcomes, strengthening our global market presence.

• 2+ years of event management experience.
• Experience in Forex, FinTech, or trading is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience with Agile SCRUM methodologies (preferred).
• Interest in embracing AI technologies in event planning.

Responsibilities

On a given day, you will:

• Spearhead the planning and execution of marketing events, from international expos to intimate client seminars
• Orchestrate seamless collaboration between departments to deliver exceptional event experiences
• Leverage AI‑driven tools to optimise event planning, audience engagement, and performance analysis
• Transform partner feedback into actionable insights, ensuring they’re properly documented and integrated into our objectives and key results (OKRs)
• Design and manage engaging partner content and webinar programmes
• Collaborate with country managers and PR teams to create meaningful engagement through strategic giveaways
• Support PR and Outreach initiatives, including Forex awards and PR campaigns
• Ensure Global Partnership campaigns meet deadlines through close coordination with our Digital Marketing team

• Have successfully managed events for 2+ years, with experience in the Forex, FinTech, or trading sector being a plus
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of event project lifecycles
• Excel in written and verbal communication, particularly in English
• Demonstrate exceptional organisational abilities and can juggle multiple priorities effectively
• Have a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills
• Have experience with Agile SCRUM methodologies (preferred)
• Can point to a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI technologies in event planning
