Job Description: The Event Production Assistant will work closely with the event production team to assist in the planning and execution of various events. This role will involve coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring that all event details are in place for a successful outcome.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination of event logistics
Communicate with vendors and suppliers
Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses
Communicate with event participants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting
Assist in evaluating events and gathering feedback from participants
Assist in post-event follow-up, including sending thank-you notes and collecting feedback
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event success
Manage event set-up and breakdown
Ensure all event materials are organized and ready for use
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Previous event planning experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
