  • Proactively find opportunities and leads for business growth by creating and maintaining your customer database.
  • Achieve personal sales targets by converting leads into business opportunities.

  • Conduct event space site inspections, outlining our unique selling points to clients.
  • Plan events successfully from beginning to end using the hotel’s event management system.
  • Handle group movements within the hotel with attentive care.

  • Communicate effectively and work closely with all concerned operations departments in the hotel.
  • Handle guest and employee inquiries courteously and efficiently, reporting complaints or problems.
