Job summary

Meydan Free Zone is looking for an Event & Marketing Specialist to enhance its brand presence and manage internal events. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to brand management. As part of the team, you will drive internal engagement and strategically elevate Meydan's visibility in the market.

As we continue our exciting growth plans, we seek talented people to join us. We are currently hiring a dynamic Event & Marketing Specialist, who understands modern branding, lives and breathes social media, and can drive internal engagement while amplifying Meydan Free Zone's brand presence externally. The successful candidate will manage internal events and proactively identify sponsorship and branding opportunities to elevate Meydan's visibility and positioning.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute internal events aligned with business objectives and company culture.
  • Stay updated on social media and branding trends and proactively suggest relevant campaigns.
  • Identify and lead sponsorship and brand collaboration opportunities that align with Meydan’s strategic vision.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and communications teams to ensure unified brand messaging.
  • Increase brand value on social media through strategic content planning, engagement, and platform-specific campaigns.
  • Track and report engagement metrics and project outcomes for continuous improvement.

To join our team, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva for designing marketing assets, event materials, and social media content.
  • 3–5 years of experience in events, marketing, or brand management roles.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute impactful events and brand campaigns.
  • Highly active on social platforms with an understanding of modern branding and digital engagement.
  • Creative, hands-on, and able to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Language skills:

  • English.
  • Any other language is desirable.
