Job summary

mc Group, the leading international communications agency, seeks an experienced Event Manager to drive integrated campaigns for institutional clients across Europe, the GCC/MENA region and beyond. You will design concepts, oversee large-scale events and coordinate venues, travel, and vendors to deliver impact on budget and schedule.

You should have hands-on experience with in-person, hybrid and online formats, strong speaker and guest management, and proven budget control.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale events (100+ guests).
• Experience with in-person, hybrid and online formats.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated event campaigns at EU and international level for institutional clients.
• Coordinate events and attendees, as well as event suppliers.
• Manage speakers, budgets and post-event evaluation.
• Concept development for integrated event campaigns, primarily in the public sector.
• Supervise and provide concept writers, and management of budgets.

To reinforce our team, we are looking for an Event Manager (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Management and supervision of integrated event communication campaigns at EU and international level for mostly institutional clients (e. g. European Commission, further agencies of the European Union and international organizations such as the United Nations and the World Bank)
• Various event formats, such as exhibitions, conferences, workshops, roadshows, and evening events
• Coordination of the event and all attendees, as well as event suppliers
• Managing speakers, budgets and post-event evaluation
• Concept development for integrated event campaigns, primarily in the public sector (including supervising and providing concept writers, and management of budgets)

Your profile:

• Experience in the events management industry, with large scale events with more than 100 guests
• Experience in both in-person, hybrid and online events, a mixture of conferences and workshops
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• In particular, have experience in:
• Event strategy and concept development
• Venue selection and booking management
• Management of travel, transportation and accommodation services
• Guest and invitation management
• Management of event logistics
• Budget management
• Negotiating with partners and suppliers
• Post-event feedback and analysis
