This role involves :

• Planning and executing Live, Sports, and Corporate events from end to end, ensuring high-quality standards and operational excellence.
• Collaborating closely with departments like F&B, Security, Technical, and Marketing to coordinate event requirements and delivery.
• Acting as the key liaison for clients and promoters, handling requests, last-minute adjustments, and upholding arena standards.
• Managing staffing plans, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring appropriate coverage for medical, safety, and guest services.
• Overseeing venue readiness through checks and risk assessments in coordination with the Safety Officer.
• Leading event-day operations, supervising staff, and conducting post-event reviews to support continuous improvement.

You should have : Qualifications :

• Degree or certification in Hospitality / Event Management qualifications or equivalent experience.

Experience :

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
• Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry
• Experience in sport events and event management is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Previous experience in events
• Fluent in Arabic and English
