Keysight Go-To-Market Event Manager

Are you ready to generate exciting, compelling customer and channel/partner events around Keysight products and solutions? Do you enjoy working with product marketing, vertical solutions, and various regions to increase revenue? Would you like to be part of a global team in an industry-leading company?

Keysight Technologies seeks a self-motivated individual to drive our event management efforts. This role involves defining, launching, and measuring the ROI of enterprise IT, Tech Partner, Channel, and Sales events. The successful candidate will collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Verticals, Channel, and Corporate Marketing to ensure target markets attend and discover our value propositions, ultimately generating opportunities and deal registrations.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Verticals, Corporate Marketing, Sales, ISTs, and GTM team) to define, schedule, coordinate, launch, and track outcomes for channel activities.
  2. Plan and execute all event details, including content, messaging, collateral, signage, giveaways, promotion, logistics, and post-event follow-up, to increase sales pipeline. Events can be physical or virtual, small or large.
  3. Track event performance and ROI, and implement continuous improvements.
  4. Develop innovative strategies to drive attendance for demand generation and build outreach momentum as events approach.
  5. Manage pre- and post-event communications, including virtual events, to support success and pipeline growth.
  6. Coordinate with Sales, Tech Partners, and Channels for their specific events, providing best practices for execution.
  7. Manage booth logistics, giveaway inventory, shipping, and replenishment.
  8. Develop and manage the quarterly event budget, including purchase orders and invoice processing.
  9. Create a comprehensive outbound event calendar by region, country, vertical, GTM, IST, and type, accessible to stakeholders.
  10. Work with Sales to ensure effective post-event follow-up, lead loading, and database management, including Salesforce campaigns and lead routing.
  11. Provide creative input to differentiate our events from competitors.
  12. Report monthly on event status and results to stakeholders and senior management.
  13. Evaluate event ROI over time and recommend best practices for future events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in planning and tracking event outcomes, with a focus on ROI measurement.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • 4-9 years of experience with companies selling Enterprise IT products; knowledge of network protocols and IT security is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce and working with events agencies is helpful.
  • Proven ability to implement workflow processes for seamless event execution.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables.
  • Highly organized with a positive attitude and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze data and report on event results quantitatively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills, including experience working with senior staff and executives.
  • Experience in international companies is a plus.
