ITP Media Group is seeking an Associate Events Manager to support planning and execution of high-profile events across Dubai for brands like Time Out, ahrlan, Caterer Middle East, Arabian Business, Construction Week, and Aviation Business.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage budgets, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and build a strong supplier network to elevate audience engagement and commercial value.

Qualificações

• 3+ years’ experience in an events-focused role, with a track record delivering live events (conferences/awards).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across editorial, design, and commercial teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments; on-site delivery.
• Middle East experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of events across scales, from large galas to intimate consumer experiences.
• Drive innovation across the events portfolio with fresh concepts and ideas.
• Establish and manage budgets from planning to reconciliation, ensuring delivery on time and budget.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients, sponsors and partners.
• Build and oversee supplier network across AV, production, fabrication and entertainment.
• Uphold brand standards, ensuring events align with objectives and commercial goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and experiential formats to strengthen the offering.
