Job Purpose -
To support the marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns, events, and day-to-day operations, while ensuring smooth collaboration with internal departments and external partners. This role requires on-ground event presence, administrative support, and
coordination across various functions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide on-ground support during marketing activations, campaigns, and events, including
weekends and public holidays as per the event schedule.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and activation partners to ensure timely and quality
execution of marketing activities.
- Assist with end-to-end management of purchase requests (PRs), purchase orders (POs),
and payment follow-ups.
- Track procurement and assist in maintaining marketing budgets and expense reports.
- Support the marketing team with content coordination, presentation development, and
campaign preparation.
- Manage general administrative duties such as maintaining marketing records,
documentation, and office supplies.
- Ensure all event logistics and operational requirements are handled efficiently and
proactively.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners in a professional
and confident manner.
- Stay organized and follow up diligently on outstanding tasks and deadlines.
- Adapt and remain composed in fast-paced environments, working collaboratively with a
positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Assist in the development & implementation of advertising, promotion and communication
strategy that reflects the wide range of market segments and products.
- Support in the development of the company’s intranet and internet marketing activities.
- Assist in the development of the company’s website, corporate identity, branding material,
etc.
- Read press material and market literature, conduct research, and develop updated
- industry/competitor reports.
- Constantly monitor the competitive environment for updates on competitive information.
- Maintain company’s up-to-date subscriptions in relevant industry and online publications.
- Perform mystery shopping activities when requested by the marketing manager.
- Build up a strong communication platform.
- Coordinate with graphic designers to translate information about marketing concepts into
corresponding designs.
Education, Experience, Skills and Competencies:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
Experience and Skills:
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays based on event
- schedules.
- Excellent communication skills – confident, outgoing, and professional.
- Previous experience coordinating with suppliers and managing event operations is highly preferred
- Familiarity with PR/PO systems and basic procurement tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of design tools is a plus.
- Valid UAE driver’s license with access to own car
