Job Title: Events Sales Coordinator

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 6,000/month (Fixed – Non-Negotiable)

Experience: 1–2 years’ experience

Position Summary:

We are seeking a tech-savvy, energetic, and enthusiastic Events Sales Coordinator to support the events sales team in managing client communication, sales coordination, and event logistics. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, F&B, or administrative roles looking to grow in a dynamic environment.

Candidates with experience as a hostess or team leader in hotel F&B will also be considered, provided they demonstrate strong potential.

Please apply only if you're comfortable with the fixed salary of AED 6,000/month. No negotiation will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sales proposals, client follow-ups, and event coordination tasks
  • Support end-to-end event logistics, documentation, and internal communication
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, client materials, and event files
  • Handle email communication and coordination in a professional manner
  • Assist with on-site event execution as required
  • Collaborate across departments (marketing, F&B, operations) to ensure seamless delivery
  • Participate in team briefings and contribute to client servicing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Events, or related field
  • Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years’ experience in relevant roles encouraged to apply
  • Hotel F&B background (hostess or team leader) is a plus
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Tech-savvy, well-organized, and confident communicator
  • Must be aged between 24–26 years
  • Energetic, sporty, and customer-focused personality
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment

Interview Assessment:

Shortlisted candidates will complete a case study during the interview, covering:

  • Objection handling
  • Email writing
  • Coordination simulation
