Job summary

3V3_DXB is seeking a confident and organised Event Coordinator & Host to manage youth football events in Dubai and across the UAE. You will liaise with clients, venues, referees and staff before events, confirm schedules, review pitch allocations, and ensure smooth delivery.

You will oversee setup, briefing referees, keeping tournaments on time, managing fixtures, and making professional announcements on the microphone.

Job description

3V3_DXB is a growing youth football events business delivering tournaments, academy sessions, leagues, community activations and branded 3v3 football experiences across Dubai and the UAE.

We are looking for a confident, organised and reliable Event Coordinator & Host to help manage individual events from preparation through to delivery.

The role will involve:

• Liaising with clients, venues, referees and event staff before events
• Confirming timings, schedules and event requirements
• Reviewing fixtures and pitch allocations
• Overseeing event setup and making sure everything is ready before players arrive
• Briefing referees and event staff
• Keeping tournaments and sessions running on time
• Managing scores, fixtures and tournament progression where required
• Making announcements and confidently using a microphone
• Calling teams to pitches, explaining rules and announcing results
• Bringing energy and professionalism to the event
• Solving problems calmly when plans change
• Overseeing pack-down and reporting back after the event

Pitch transport and logistics will generally be managed separately.

This will initially be a freelance, per-event role, with payment depending on the size, duration and level of responsibility involved.

As 3V3_DXB grows, there will be opportunities for the right person to take on more regular responsibility within our events and operations team.

We are looking for someone we can eventually hand an event to and trust to represent 3V3_DXB professionally from start to finish
