We are looking for a Freelance Event Coordinator to manage our Candlelight concerts in UAE. This role involves full event management mainly at weekends.

Responsibilities

• Onsite concert coordination (preproduction and production).
• Supervision of teams (up to 15 people) and service providers (up to 10 companies).
• Managing institutional relations (local authorities companies associations).
• Ensuring a smooth experience for the audience.
