Event Coordinator (Dubai)

As an Event Coordinator with ourclient, you will play a vital role in the seamless execution of events. You’ll support the Projects team across pre-production, onsite coordination, and post-event wrap-up, ensuring every project is delivered with excellence. This role is ideal for someone looking to work in a fast-paced environment who is detail-driven and enjoys working collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conceptualising, planning, and executing a variety of events.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue sourcing and supplier management.
  • Support in sourcing and liaising with vendors and partners to ensure timely deliverables and high standards.
  • Provide on-site support during event build, live days, and breakdown to ensure flawless execution.
  • Document event activities and help in creating post-event reports and debriefs.
  • Stay updated on trends in the industry to help bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.

  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability: you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, no matter the challenge.
