Y O U R A C C O U N T A B I L I T Y

  1. Ensures to support events team with required admin support and minutes.
  2. Works collaboratively with all operational departments in maintaining smooth communication.
  3. Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
  4. Anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
  5. Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific knowledge.
  6. Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.
  7. Partners with Event Managers in providing a customer experience that exceeds the customer’s expectations.
  8. Serves the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to the company.
  9. Talk with and listen to other employees to effectively exchange information.
  10. Coordinates with Talent & Culture in submitting timely attendance and leave reports for smooth payroll process.
  11. Ensures admin support is provided to role events and groups team.
  12. Ensures all site inspection, group tracking sheets, stop sales and other communication is sent on time.

Additional Responsibilities

Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.

W H A T W E L O O K F O R

  1. 1-2 years’ experience in a 5-star / luxury hotel.
  2. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field, such as hospitality, tourism, business management, or a related discipline.
  3. Confident communication skills, excellent written and verbal English is essential.
  4. Strong analytical skills are a must. Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities.
  5. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express, Internet, e-mail).
  6. Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
