As a vital part of our team, Event Coordinators play a crucial role in the seamless execution of events. From setup to teardown and everything in between, you will be involved in various aspects of event production. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with event setup, including staging, lighting, and decor
  • Providing support during the event, such as guest assistance and crowd control
  • Ensuring the venue remains clean and orderly throughout the event
  • Collaborating with fellow crew members and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations
  • Participating in post-event teardown and cleanup

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
