About the job

We seek a highly organized Event Assistant to support the Global Event Manager in executing international events, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and documentation.

You will support planning and delivering impactful international events attended by global leaders and partners.

Remote Flexibility

This role is remote, preferably for candidates in the EU, but open to exceptional candidates worldwide.

Your responsibilities include vendor relations, budget management, calendar coordination, and reporting, providing valuable experience in logistics and international event execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Event & Logistics Support: Coordinate international events, liaise with venues and vendors, monitor timelines.
  2. Finance & Budget Management: Track expenses, process invoices, support budget reports.
  3. Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel.
  4. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, manage contracts, organize event files.
  5. Communication: Liaise between the Global Event Manager, teams, and vendors.

Requirements include 3+ years in executive assistance, event support, or finance roles, willingness to travel, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, budgeting proficiency, and fluency in English and Spanish.
