Job Description:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in road and infrastructure projects, including asphalt works in UAE.
• Familiar with construction methodology, process, and sequence of work.
• Determining key variables for cost and other estimates.
• Building good relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, etc.).
• Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset.
• Gathering firsthand information from sites and the market.
• Conducting research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production, etc.
• Obtaining and reviewing offers and quotes from subcontractors or vendors.
• Performing risk analysis.
• Familiarity with financial and project management principles.
• Proficient in relevant software (CAD and CANDY or similar software).
• Knowledge of contracts.
