Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

• Knowledgeable in Authority Rules and design regulation in Dubai (DM, DDA, Tarakhees, etc.)
• Knowledgeable in Primavera (Project Timeline)
• Estimation of large prestigious high-end interior fit-out projects.
• Preparation of bills of quantities.
• Adjudication of contractor’s claims (measurement).
• Estimating and cost control.
• Interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, quantities, and estimates.
• Reviews and comments on technical and commercial specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Specialized in Decor, Interior Design, Fit out, and Joinery
