Job summary

Personio in Dubai is seeking a Project Estimator specializing in interior fit-out, exhibitions, and scenic construction. You will ensure cost accuracy from tender through project completion, working with PM, Procurement, and Planning teams to deliver value across multiple disciplines.

The role requires a degree in a construction-related field and proven estimating experience, with strong Excel and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• A degree in a related construction field with proven estimating or project control experience.
• Experience on interior fit-out, scenic or turnkey exhibition projects is preferred.
• Strong cost control and BoQ preparation capabilities, with tendering exposure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets for interior fit-out, exhibitions and scenic construction.
• Develop Bills of Quantities and structured work packages for tenders.
• Benchmark subcontractor quotes for competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with PM, Procurement and Planning teams across lifecycle stages.
• Support value engineering to optimise costs while preserving design intent and quality.
