Job summary

JMR Aggregate LLC is seeking an experienced Estimator for interior design and exhibition projects in Dubai. You will evaluate design plans, prepare detailed cost estimates, and lead bid submissions with subcontractors and vendors.

You will collaborate with design teams, manage risk, and provide value engineering to optimize costs while preserving aesthetics and functionality. A visa is provided for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the exhibition industry.
• In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools specific to interior and exhibition projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Creative problem-solving skills and an eye for design.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and creative work environment.
• Employment visa will be provided by company; candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
• All applicants must have prior experience in infrastructure projects in the UAE/GCC.

Responsibilities

• Project Evaluation: review design plans, fitout specs, and exhibition requirements.
• Cost Estimation: develop detailed estimates for materials, labor, and project elements.
• Bid Preparation: submit competitive bids and proposals in response to RFPs/RFQs.
• Creative Solutions: offer cost-effective and innovative design-aligned options.
• Specialized Knowledge: stay informed about trends, materials, and technologies in interior design, fitout, and exhibitions.
• Communication: liaise with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather project data.
• Risk Assessment: identify risks and outline mitigation strategies.
• Leadership: mentor junior estimators and foster cross-functional cooperation.
