Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for fitout projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive bid packages.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project scope and requirements.
• Obtain and review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Conduct risk analysis and prepare contingency plans.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders.
• Participate in post-tender negotiations and clarifications.
• Maintain and update cost databases and estimating software.
• Provide support for project budgeting and cost control activities.
