Estimator and Cost Controller

As an Estimator and Cost Controller, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, analyzing financial data, and ensuring projects are completed within budget. You will work closely with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to track and report project expenses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for new projects
• Analyze financial data and project expenses
• Monitor project budgets and costs
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Create and maintain project cost reports

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proven experience as an estimator or cost controller
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project management software
