Job summary

Azizi Developments seeks an experienced Facade Estimator to drive the commercial evaluation of landmark projects in Dubai. You will translate complex architectural blueprints into precise material take-offs, cost estimates and winning bids for unitized, stick, spider systems, skylights and cladding.

The role requires a degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Surveying with 5+ years in façade estimation and proficiency in LogiKal, ReynaPro or SchücoCal, plus AutoCAD/Bluebeam/PlanSwift

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in civil// mechanical engineering or QS.
• 5+ years façade/aluminium estimation experience.
• Proficient in estimation engines LogiKal, ReynaPro or SchücoCal.
• CAD & take-offs: AutoCAD, Bluebeam or PlanSwift.
• Strong working knowledge of major systems like Schüco, Reynaers, Technal, or Alupco.
• Experienced in Unitized, Stick, Spider systems, Skylights, and Cladding.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed quantity take-offs/BOQs from architectural drawings.
• Build comprehensive cost structures for materials, fabrication, site labor and logistics.
• Identify cost-saving alternatives without compromising on specs or codes.

Job description

In this role you will lead the commercial evaluation of landmark architectural projects. You will be responsible for transforming complex architectural blueprints into highly accurate material take-offs, cost estimates and winning competitive bids for unitized systems, stick facades and ACP cladding.

  • Identify cost-saving alternatives without compromising on structural specs or local Civil Defense codes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated façade/aluminium estimation experience.
• Estimation Engines: Proficient in LogiKal (Orgadata), ReynaPro, or SchücoCal.
• CAD & Take-offs: Expert level in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or PlanSwift.
• System Familiarity: Strong working knowledge of major systems like Schüco, Reynaers, Technal, or Alupco.
• Typologies: Experienced in Unitized, Stick, Spider systems, Skylights, and Cladding.
