Job summary

PMK International Consult LLC seeks an experienced Estimation Lead to head quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation and cost estimation for GCC projects in the UAE. You will mentor a remote team of quantity surveyors and coordinate with GCC-based commercial teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The role is a full-time Estimation Lead position responsible for leading quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation and cost estimation for GCC projects; managing and mentoring a remote team of quantity surveyors; ensuring the quality and timely delivery of estimates; and coordinating with GCC-based commercial teams and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in estimation, quantity surveying or cost management.
• Proven track record measuring and pricing GCC projects, including substantial experience on KSA, UAE and Qatar projects.
• Experience across a range of sectors, such as residential, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure and mixed-use developments.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing a team of quantity surveyors or quantity surveyors and their outputs.
• Experience working in or with a construction consultancy, contractor or developer serving GCC clients.
