Estimation Engineer / Tender Bidding Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
2. 35 years of UAE experience in estimation or tendering roles within the bridge infrastructure sector
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
4. Strong understanding of market rates and contractual terms
5. FIDIC knowledge is a plus
6. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
