We are currently looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer for one of the reputed Main Contracting company based in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.

Quantify materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services needed for the project.

Liaise with procurement, engineering, and project management teams to gather and verify cost data.

Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals within deadlines.

Conduct risk analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities during the estimation process.

Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors when required.

Maintain a database of pricing, vendors, and subcontractor rates for future projects.

Review and revise estimates based on design changes, client feedback, or market conditions.
