Estimation Engineer - Interior Fit Out

Location: Dubai

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Estimation Engineer - Interior Fit Out. As an Estimation Engineer specializing in Interior Fit Out, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze project documents, including blueprints, specifications, and scope of work.
2. Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
3. Collaborate with project managers and architects to understand project requirements.
4. Source and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
5. Review project designs and propose cost-saving alternatives.
6. Develop and maintain a database of material and labor costs.
7. Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.
8. Present estimates to clients and respond to their queries.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in estimating interior fit-out projects.
3. Strong understanding of materials and pricing.
4. Minimum 2 years’ experience in UAE.
