What
You Will Do

As an
Estimation Engineer specializing in Fire Protection you will
support Consultant PMC EPC and End Users by providing budgetary
proposals during the FEED stage. You will handle tender files
conduct site surveys attend bid-clarification meetings review
tender documents and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
Your expertise in cost estimation vendor management and proposal
preparation will help deliver competitive bids that meet project
requirements.

How
You Will Do
It

• Maintain
  and organize tender-related files quotations and
  documents.

• Conduct
  site surveys and generate comprehensive
  reports.

• Seek
  clarifications from customers or department managers regarding
  tender
  specifications.

• Engage
  with sub-vendors and sub-contractors while ensuring compliance with
  Johnson Controls
  policies.

• Analyze
  quotations from suppliers and estimate costs for materials
  engineering labor and project
  management.

• Collaborate
  with internal departments to determine related costs and
  terms.

• Ensure
  all approvals are obtained and support the DOA approval process if
  required.

• Prepare
  risk registers allocate costs where necessary and submit structured
  proposals.

• Participate
  in technical and commercial negotiations to align with project
  expectations.

• Organize
  handovers with the Operations team to ensure seamless
  execution.

• Attend
  kickoff meetings and adhere to quality health safety and
  environmental
  guidelines.

What
