The role requires extensive knowledge of the company’s practices, engineering principles, and project documentation standards. It involves planning, coordinating, and delivering accurate technical and cost estimation support by working closely with the sales, design, and operations teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

The role requires extensive knowledge of the company’s practices, engineering principles, and project documentation standards. It involves planning, coordinating, and delivering accurate technical and cost estimation support by working closely with the sales, design, and operations teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide system calculations, design support, and project-specific method statements in line with the scope of works, technical proposals, and client or regional specifications and standards.
• Prepare detailed project drawings, including system layout and details, system cross sections, electrical and hydraulic layouts, construction drawings, and discharge layouts for NOC applications.
• Assist in bid processes by identifying the scope of works and generating BOQ measurement items from client drawings and design concepts.
• Prepare cost estimates in line with engineering parameters, bills of quantity, and client-specific requirements.
• Support bid evaluation and respond to inquiries as per company policy and strategy.
• Stay updated with industry standards, client requirements, and new product developments, ensuring technical solutions remain compliant and innovative.
• Recommend cost-effective alternatives and technical methods to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive studies to identify opportunities for cost reduction, operational efficiency, and business growth.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all documentation control procedures are implemented effectively.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on technical progress, issues, and potential risks or delays.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all activities.
• Conduct site visits with application engineers and operations supervisors as required.
• Generate ad hoc AutoCAD drawings as requested by the Line Manager.
• Build and maintain professional working relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners.
• Perform any additional tasks or objectives defined by senior management in support of departmental growth.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent qualification from an internationally recognized university.
• Proven work experience in a similar role within a technical or engineering industry.
• Proficient knowledge of Fluid Dynamics, Pump Applications, and Selection.
• Skilled in AutoCAD for design and drafting.
• Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tenders or proposals simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
