Job summary
Krayr Solutions is seeking an experienced professional in Dubai to lead piping fabrication estimation, costing, and BOM/assembly quantities. The role requires reading Isometric drawings, P&IDs, GA drawings, and evaluating supplier quotations with strong Excel and ERP proficiency.
Ideal candidates have deep knowledge of CS/SS/alloy piping, fabrication processes, welding, NDT, PMI, and hydrotesting, with experience in Oil & Gas EPC/Petrochemical projects.
Qualifications
- 58 years of experience in piping fabrication estimation & costing.
- Strong experience with MTO, BOQ and detailed cost estimation.
- Ability to read Isometric drawings, P&IDs and GA drawings.
- Knowledge of CS, SS and Alloy Steel piping.
- Strong understanding of fabrication, welding, NDT, PMI, hydrotesting, painting & coating.
- Experience calculating fabrication man-hours and material costs.
- Knowledge of ASME / ASTM / API standards.
- Experience evaluating supplier/subcontractor quotations.
- Strong Excel and ERP skills.
- Oil & Gas / EPC / Petrochemical / piping fabrication experience preferred.
