ESG/Sustainability Advisor

Location: United Arab Emirates

Position Category: Subcontractor

We are seeking a Trainer/Advisor to handle ESG/Sustainability assignments on a subcontract basis.

The role involves delivering face-to-face and virtual training courses, as well as executing advisory projects related to ESG schemes.

The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in GRI and SDG reporting tools, with practical experience to share. They should be a skilled trainer with advanced communication skills.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Developing customized training courses as needed.
  • Ensuring quality in training delivery, materials, and tutors.
  • Assisting in marketing investigations and competitor analysis.
  • Supporting business development and project execution within scope and expertise.
  • Supporting consultative sales and account development activities.
  • Conducting training needs analysis and promoting commercial training opportunities.
  • Creating innovative training solutions and programs to meet client needs.
  • Designing training programs and materials for various courses and events, aligned with company philosophy and methodology.
  • Delivering courses flexibly, adapting to learners' needs.
  • Identifying additional business opportunities and passing leads to sales teams.
  • Undertaking business assurance assessments within authorized areas.
  • Maintaining professional competence through continuous development and updates.
  • Promoting additional or higher-value services.
  • Gathering and passing client feedback and insights internally.
