Job description

Trainer / Advisor is required to handle ESG / Sustainability related assignments on a subcontract basis.

The assignments will mainly involve delivering both face-to-face and virtual training courses, as well as executing advisory projects related to the scheme.

The candidate should have extensive expertise in GRI and SDG reporting tools, with hands-on experience to share.

Skills required include being a skilled trainer with advanced communication skills.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Developing customized training courses as needed.
  • Ensuring quality of service, including the delivery of training (venue, materials, tutors).
  • Assisting in marketing investigations and competitor analyses.
  • Supporting business development for improvement services.
  • Executing improvement projects within scope and expertise.
  • Supporting consultative sales and account development activities, including training needs analysis and promoting commercial training opportunities.
  • Innovating and creating training solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Designing training programs and materials for public and in-company courses, ensuring consistency with BA & IS business assurance philosophy, brand, and methodology, based on pre-defined fee arrangements with line managers.
  • Delivering courses and events as scheduled, adapting techniques to group and individual needs.
  • Identifying additional business opportunities and passing leads to sales colleagues.
  • Undertaking business assurance assessments within authorized areas of expertise according to current procedures.
  • Maintaining professional competence through CPD, updating CVs, maintaining registrations, and recording competence.
  • Promoting additional or higher-value services whenever possible.
  • Passing client feedback and insights to relevant internal teams.
