Nair Systems is currently looking for an Escrow Solutions Technical Analyst for our UAE operations, with the following skill set and terms:
Specialist Skills
- Technical Knowledge: Programming and SQL (PLSQL), Crystal Reports, Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Effective communication with IT specialists (security, network infrastructure, etc.)
- Understanding of Escrow products, workflow, and lifecycle
- Experience with supply chain finance and Escrow implementation, configuration, and support
- Defining accounting and posting rules for Escrow products
- Experience in SIT, UAT, stakeholder management
- Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultancy skills
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 7-9 years of relevant experience
- Experience in banking or financial services, preferably Islamic Banking
Key Accountabilities
- Assess clients' existing IT systems and processes
- Develop and implement customized IT solutions, including hardware, software, network architecture, and cybersecurity
- Maintain documentation and SOPs
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies
- Support Trade SCF and eco systems production activities
- Develop MIS reports for Trade SCF
- Manage projects, including quality control, stakeholder management, and knowledge sharing
- Lead in closing audits, risks, and compliance issues
- Gather requirements, support SIT/UAT, and facilitate project go-lives
- Translate business requirements between users and vendors
- Respond to support tickets and track incidents
- Follow standards and deliver tasks within agreed timelines
- Support internal IT objectives, including international expansion
- Provide first and second-line support for applications
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Immediate availability preferred, with a maximum joining time of 2 weeks to 1 month.
