Job summary

A leading company in the UAE is seeking an Escrow Solutions Technical Analyst to join their team. This full-time role requires extensive experience in Escrow products, technical skills in SQL and Crystal Reports, and strong project management capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Escrow solutions while ensuring effective communication with IT teams. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Computer Science and a proven track record in financial services, preferably in Islamic banking.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of relevant experience in Escrow solutions.
• Experience in supply chain finance and Islamic banking preferred.
• Hands-on experience with implementation and configuration of Escrow solutions.

• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Effective communication with IT teams (e.g., IT security, network infrastructure)

Specialist Skills:

• Understanding of Escrow products, workflows, and lifecycle
• Experience in supply chain finance
• Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, and support of Escrow solutions
• Proven track record working with Escrow products
• Experience defining accounting and posting rules for Escrow instruments
• Experience in SIT/UAT and stakeholder management
• Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and documentation
