Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) invites an experienced Escrow Manager to join the UAE's leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee daily escrow operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional client service.

The role requires coordinating with product, development, QA and stakeholders, managing budgets and reporting on performance. A university degree and a minimum of five years banking experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years banking experience, corporate/project finance preferred.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation (BRDs/FRDs/US).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily escrow department requests and transactions.
• Own product roadmap and backlog prioritization.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, QA to ensure requirements.
• Assist with test planning, UAT, defect triage, sign-off.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present departmental performance reports.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting and fee collections in escrow.
