Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)

Conduct comprehensive system analysis to identify and resolve ERP system issues, ensuring seamless integration across business functions.
Implement and configure ERP software modules, customizing workflows and reports to align with organizational processes and objectives.
Provide ongoing training and support to end-users, fostering a culture of ERP proficiency and maximizing system utilization.
Monitor ERP system performance, proactively addressing potential issues and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency.
Assist in data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity during the transition from legacy systems to the ERP platform.
Analyze financial and operational data within the ERP system to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Relevant ERP certifications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) to validate proficiency and understanding of industry-standard practices.
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically in implementation, configuration, and support, showcasing deep technical expertise.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, ensuring a strong foundation in both business and technical principles.
Experience in a specific industry such as manufacturing, finance, or healthcare, providing valuable insights into sector-specific ERP needs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
