JOB TITLE

ERP Senior Associate | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions UAE

ROLE SUMMARY
This role involves the administrative activities across the portfolio of the ERP Solutions function and overseeing the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have good problem-solving skills, and be able to work well with different departments.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Support all the initiatives across the portfolio with the required planning and coordination activities.
  • Manage the daily operations of the office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling office communications.
  • Create and review reports from the ERP solutions function to help with business decisions.
  • Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and services.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Work with different departments to make sure the ERP system and office operations meet their needs.
  • Keep detailed records of office related processes.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in ERP or project environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools is a plus.
