Overview

As an ERP Project Manager (SAP B1 Technology), your mission is to manage the project execution related to SAP B1. You will report to the IT Manager.

Responsibilities

• ERP Project Management: Lead SAP B1 projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop plans, allocate resources, and manage risks.
• Follow governance and methodologies. Mid-Size Change Management: Implement mid-size SAP B1 changes to meet business needs.
• Work with stakeholders to align requirements.
• Global Demand Coordination: Act as contact for global SAP B1 demands.
• Prioritize requests for efficient resource use and timely resolution.
• SB1 Council Moderation: Moderate SAP B1 council meetings to support decisions and communication.
• Offer insights to improve ERP processes and strategies.

• Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience as an ERP Project Manager.
• Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Business, or related field.
• Experience: Managing ERP projects, ideally SAP Business One. Strong ERP system knowledge and stakeholder coordination.
• Skills: Proficient in Agile and Waterfall, leadership, organization, problem-solving, and communication in multicultural teams. Proficient in ERP platforms, especially SAP Business One. Preferred: PMP certification, global ERP knowledge, and experience leading council discussions.
