Job Description

• SAP B1 Implementation:
• Lead the implementation of SAP Business One and manage the SAP service provider to ensure the delivery and project completion according to the required time, cost, and quality.
• Lead the alignment with business objectives and seamless integration across departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, finalize Blueprint with SAP B1 implementor, and facilitate the implantation.
• Infrastructure Management:
• Lead the development of IT infrastructure to support digitization efforts and ensure system reliability.
• Work closely with IT service providers to ensure the infrastructure is scalable and capable of supporting future growth.
• Smart Manufacturing Initiatives:
• Drive the adoption of smart manufacturing technologies and practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement IoT solutions and data analytics for continuous improvement.
• Management Information Systems (MIS):
• Oversee the development and management of MIS to ensure accurate reporting and data analysis.
• Utilize MIS to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in ERP implementation, preferably SAP Business One.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of business excellence frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with Management Information Systems (MIS) and data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Graduate Engineer with 3 to 8 years’ experience in the relevant field.
