IDEAL SWEET AND PASTRY (S.P.S - L.L.C) in UAE seeks an Inventory Controller to monitor daily stock movements, maintain ERP/SAP records, and coordinate receiving and dispatch activities at the Ajman plant. 6 days a week onsite, with travel as needed.

You will conduct audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure documentation accuracy while supporting audits and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field, with

• 2-4 years of experience in inventory control or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is required.
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities are essential.
• Good communication and coordination with production, procurement and warehouse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily inventory transactions and stock movements.
• Maintain inventory records in ERP/SAP systems.
• Coordinate material receiving and dispatch activities.
• Conduct stock audits and physical inventory verification.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with storage and safety standards.
