Job summary

A Family Group of companies is seeking an ERP Integration Expert to oversee and implement ERP integration across departments. You will design solutions, configure APIs and middleware, and ensure data integrity and security.

Responsibilities include leading projects, collaborating with stakeholders, testing systems, and training end-users while staying current with ERP trends and documenting configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in ERP integration with certifications in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Java, .NET) and integration tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and integration platforms (iPaaS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and management of ERP integration projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify integration needs.
• Design and implement integration solutions including APIs and middleware.
• Conduct thorough testing of integrated systems for functionality, data integrity, and security.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users of the ERP system.
• Monitor performance of ERP integrations and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Stay updated on ERP trends and propose improvements and upgrades.
• Document integration processes, configurations, and procedures.
