ERP Implementation Consultant - Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

1+ years (preference for experience in the UAE)

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing ERP systems.
• Understanding of production planning, processes, and costing.
• Accounting knowledge related to various ERP modules.
• Ability to understand customer business processes and map them to the ERP system.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with programming languages (SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Excellent communication skills.

Note

Preference will be given to candidates who are currently working in the UAE or have prior experience in the region.

Responsibilities

ERP System Proficiency

• Deep knowledge of manufacturing ERP systems, including how different modules (production, inventory, sales, purchase, finance, HR) interact and flow together.
• Experience in customizing and configuring ERP software to meet manufacturing needs.
• Accounting knowledge related to ERP modules such as sales, purchasing, inventory, and production.

Manufacturing Processes

• Understanding of production planning, processes, costing, inventory management, and quality control.

Project Management

• Skills in managing ERP implementation projects, including scope, timeline, and resources.
• Gathering and analyzing requirements to identify key functionalities, understanding business processes.
• Creating clear mappings between customer requirements and product features.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including production, finance, and IT.
• Collaborating with product development, marketing, and sales to incorporate customer insights.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Preparing demonstrations or presentations to showcase how product features address customer challenges.
• Familiarity with programming languages and tools related to ERP systems (SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery).

Preference

Current or previous employment in the UAE is preferred to ensure familiarity with local market practices.
