Job summary

ATOM is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead the migration of its finance landscape from current environments to a modern target architecture. You will bridge Finance and Technology, owning end-to-end transformation from process mapping through to to-be design, vendor selection and benefits realization.

This hands-on role requires deep accounting knowledge and strong experience with SAP or other major ERP platforms, in a fast-moving, regulated insurance context.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in finance systems implementation or transformation.
• End-to-end ERP migration experience, lead role in at least one lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation from mapping to go-live.
• Manage vendor evaluation, RFI/RFP and integration design.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering and Data teams.
• Ensure IFRS and UAE accounting/regulatory alignment.
