Job summary

TMT Group is seeking an experienced Purchasing & Supply Planning Manager to own procurement, supplier management, and inventory planning. You will analyze demand, control costs, audit ERP data, and build robust purchasing systems as the ERPNext upgrade progresses.

Responsibilities include ERP purchasing, RFQ management, supplier coordination, and forward supply planning to reduce shortages and excess stock. This is an on-site role with a monthly salary backed by strong project-driven growth.

Qualifications

• Strong purchasing/procurement experience is required.
• ERPNext experience highly preferred and ERP data-cleanup is a plus.
• Experience with inventory planning and replenishment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete purchasing and procurement cycle across multiple sites.
• Review daily purchasing requirements across warehouses, projects, and departments.
• Analyze stock, safety stock, and manufacturing demand to optimize purchases.
