ERP Coordinator / Data Entry (with Kitchen background)

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and manage data into the ERP system related to kitchen operations, inventory, product orders, and supplies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for any ERP-related issues or queries. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth integration and use of the ERP system.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory levels within the ERP system, ensuring that stock records are up-to-date and that any discrepancies are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate encoding of customer orders, ensuring they align with inventory and are processed through the ERP system efficiently.
  • Analyze ERP data to identify trends, optimize kitchen operations, and provide actionable insights for improved efficiency.
  • Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards. Perform regular data audits to maintain data integrity.
  • Provide support and training to team members on the use of the ERP system, especially related to kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and finance, to ensure proper data flow and reporting.
  • Keep thorough documentation of all data processes and any changes made to the ERP system, ensuring that all steps are clearly recorded.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Associate’s degree or relevant certifications in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Preferred)
  • Proven experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment (Required)
  • Prior experience with ERP systems (Preferred)
  • Strong data entry and encoding experience (Required)
  • Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
